ALL PERFORMANCE AND NON PERFORMANCE CLASSES:

1)     Tuition for any performance class is due promptly on the first lesson of each month regardless of the number of classes attended. There will be a $10 late charge for tuition paid after the 14th of the month.

“Per lesson” tuition for supplemental classes or workshops is due at the beginning of each class attended, however, some workshops will require one fee be paid in full at or before the first lesson.

2)    Payments for tuition or costumes may be dropped in the convenient drop-box located in our waiting area. Envelopes are available next to the drop-box and parents will be responsible for filling out the payment information on the envelope to be sure the payment is applied correctly.

3)    Class observation is only allowed during the first lesson of each month. This helps our classes to stay focused as observers tend to be noisy and distracting. No exceptions please.

4)   Please do not drop your child off more than 10 minutes before their class starts.

5)     Absolutely no gum chewing during class.

6)     All of your dancer’s belongings must be labeled with their name or initials and need to be kept in a backpack or tote for organizational purposes. 

7)   Good attendance is a must. If a student is aware in advance that they are going to miss a class or be tardy for a lesson, it is important that they notify their instructor as soon as possible. Three consecutive absences may result in that dancer being dropped from class.

8)   Be respectful to your teachers and fellow dancers and do not speak out of turn during class.

9)   Please make sure dancers use the restroom and take care of any other business before or after class, not during.

10)  Do not walk across the dance floor while another class is in session.

                                          ADVANCED LEVEL STUDENTS (Junior Advanced or Elite Classes)

1)   Must audition to enter Junior Advanced or Elite dance class.     

2)    Must not miss more than four classes during the year without prior instructor approval. After four absences, if a dancer must miss class they are required to schedule private tutoring for $20.

3)    Must wear the required class attire as specified by the instructor. You will be notified of the requirements at class auditions. Also, check the Dress Code page for details.

4)    Must be enrolled in one supplemental class of your choice in addition to your performance class (substantial discounts will apply)
